New suave short period piece “Oltre il tempo” and soundtrack

The shooting of “Oltre il tempo“ (directed by Giuseppe Ferlito) was completed today: a short period piece made to celebrate the anniversary of the Italian Centenary Business Union. An authentic journey through time from the early Middle Ages to the mid-1900s, for which I created a soundtrack that follows its philological canons and evolves stylistically and emotionally over the centuries.

It’s a meditative and iconic work (devoid of dialogues), very suggestive and visionary which – also thanks to the locations (above all a huge charterhouse belonging to 1341, between dungeons, kiosks, an immeasurable number of chapels and gardens – has left me an unusual sense of inner peace.
