Futuri Primitivi by Massimiliano Nocco

Composed a short and peculiar sound commentary for an equally short, but pungent short movie – “Futuri Primitivi” (Future Primitives) signed by Massimiliano Nocco and set in…prehistory!
For that reason, I worked (almost exclusively in a rhythmic-percussive way) using stones and wood sticks and my ritualistic diplophonic, but often tribal guttural, laryngal or dysphonic vocal modulations: the result is absolutely ‘primordial’, but it fits perfectly with the general atmosphere of this short film that beyond the satirical overtones intends to show a small cross-section of humanity decontextualized from the civilization we know.
